Buddy groups
Five groups, one club
Members of the Rotary Club of Syokimau are organised this year into five family units. Each group is small enough that people notice when you are missing, and in a club of forty-seven that counts for a great deal.
Members who feel connected come more often and take on more. There is friendly competition between the groups and it keeps things lively. Nobody should feel like a stranger at their own club.
